This software addresses a critical pain point for chain restaurant companies in Bangladesh: the lack of back-office transparency (specifically between warehouse and kitchen), which leads to frequent item theft and inaccurate reporting. Our scale-based tracking solution effectively mitigates these issues.
Here’s how it works:
A worker scans a QR code using their phone.
The scale then receives the corresponding batch ID and requisition ID and displays them on its screen.
The intelligent label scale subsequently prints a label containing a QR code embedded with the batch ID.
Simultaneously, the scale sends an API request containing the batch ID and the measured weight directly to the restaurant’s ERP system.
